1. What do I need to do to enrol my child at Greenwood College?

Please complete an Application for Enrolment, available on our website, and return to the College with a copy of their most current semester report and birth certificate. If they were born overseas a copy of their passport and visa is also required. Once received we will advise if a place is available and guide you through the process to complete the full enrolment.

 

  1. My child is currently attending primary school, when should I enrol them for year 7 at Greenwood College?

We take enrolments anytime, however as soon as your child starts year 6, sending in a completed Application for Enrolment, available on our website, will ensure you are included in all the information relating to starting at Greenwood College in Year 7. Throughout the year; parent tours, an information night, scholarship information and other relevant information is emailed at regular intervals.

 

  1. I live outside the Greenwood College boundaries, can I still enrol my child?

Yes, at the moment we are able to accept out of boundary enrolments however this is subject to places being available in your child’s year group. Please complete an Application for Enrolment, available on our website, and return to the College with a copy of their most current semester report and birth certificate. If they were born overseas a copy of their passport and visa is also required.

 

  1. What specialist subjects does Greenwood College offer?

We have two approved Department of Education Specialist programs: Aviation and Volleyball. We also offer in school programs of Music and Dance. Students applying for Aviation may be required to sit an assessment to ensure they meet the requirements. Students selecting Volleyball will be assessed once they have started attending Greenwood College. Auditions are not required, at this stage, for either Dance or Music, however, there is an audition process for the Dance students wanting to be involved in our Cheerleading teams.
