Upper School Courses

Greenwood Senior High School offers Japanese to Year 12 level. We also offer an exchange program for Year 11 Japanese students. Every year 2 groups of Japanese exchange students come to our school (in March and in August) and are billeted by our Year 10 and 11 Japanese students. In December of the same year, our Year 11 students go to Japan to spend four weeks with their host students. All students and parents find that it is not only a valuable life experience to be exposed to another culture in a foreign country and establish a relationship with foreigners.

Next year, we will offer a new course of non-TEE Japanese for beginners. This practical course will enable students to have more vocational choices and considerable post-school opportunities, especially in the hospitality and tourism industries.
