Our school canteen is proudly overseen by the Greenwood College P&C and plays a vital role in supporting our school community.
Offering a range of fresh and affordable food options, the canteen operates with convenient online ordering available through Flexischools. This makes lunch ordering easy and accessible for families.
We’re always looking for volunteers to help – whether it’s once a week, once a term, or just whenever you can. Volunteering is a great way to support the school and get involved.

Topping up parent wallet with electronic bank transfer (direct deposit from your bank to flexischools account (which is actually named Inloop Pty Ltd)) is free of any charges. Get the bank details and transfer reference from within the flexischools app and go to your online banking.
Just be aware that the transfer may take 48 hours to reach your flexischools wallet.
Topping up parent wallet with credit / debit card can also be free of any charges as long as you top up with more than $50 at a time.

The normal 33c order fee still applies. This helps flexischools provide us with the much-needed order platform, printer and labels.

Orders can be placed up to 24 hours in advance. Same-day orders must be submitted before first period.

If your child is going home and has a lunch order, please contact the canteen as soon as possible. This allows the canteen staff to adjust the order and let you know what options are available.
We recommend reaching out ahead of time to ensure your child’s lunch is managed smoothly and nothing goes to waste.

The canteen accepts card and cash payments. We recommend placing lunch orders via Flexischools for convenience and to help the canteen manage orders efficiently.
